What Can I Expect from My BOTOX® Cosmetic Treatment?

Before we perform any treatment at Mind Body & Soul Medical, we conduct a thorough consultation to make sure it’s right for you. Once we’re informed of your goals and medical history, our compassionate injectors will create a treatment plan to turn your dreams into reality!

Before Treatment

Before your treatment begins, we ask that you cease the use of skin-sensitizing products like chemical exfoliants and vitamin A derivatives for at least a week prior. We may also ask you to reduce alcohol consumption and potentially avoid things like NSAIDs and blood thinners, depending on your individual background. We’ll go over everything you need to know in detail during a consultation.

During Treatment

During treatment, we’ll start by cleansing the desired area and applying a numbing cream to the injection sites. Then, we’ll inject the treatment locations with the desired volume of product to get you the results you want!

After Treatment

Following your treatment, we’ll give you aftercare instructions so you can maximize your results. These include things like staying out of the sun, avoiding pressure in the treatment areas, and being gentle with your skin.
